Your Role
Join PHSA as a dedicated Senior Rehabilitation Consultant and play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of our clients. This role involves the provision of rehabilitation / injury management assessment, biopsychosocial assessment and coaching and injury management case management services across a diverse portfolio of schemes including SIRA NSW, Comcare, Life Insurance, Dust and Disease, Lifetime Care and Support, Workers Care, Employer Funded and CTP.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of workplace rehabilitation service aligned with your qualifications, with opportunities to develop specialist expertise in areas of particular interest. While prior workplace rehabilitation experience is essential, comprehensive training and support can be provided across service areas where you may have limited direct experience.
No day is the same with the opportunity to enhance your skillset across unique injury / illness types (e.g. Cancer); industry and occupations.
What You’ll Need

Membership/registration with AHPRA, ASORC, ESSA or AASW in line with respective tertiary qualification
- 5 or more years of experience working within workplace rehabilitation
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in end to end case management including case noting and reporting
- Proven experience in the achievement of return to work outcomes
- Current driver's licence, motor vehicle and the willingness to travel for face-to-face servicing as required
