A strategic, business-facing role responsible for shaping and delivering the people agenda across one or more PwC portfolios; partnering with the People Leader to co-create and execute the people plan that drives culture, talent, learning, and workforce outcomes; providing portfolio delivery and support across People, Partnership & Culture (Workforce Strategy, Culture, Leadership, Talent (incl Learning & Development, and People Experience); and orchestrating delivery through Centres of Excellence and People Solutions without owning day-to-day operational PP&C activities. This role has no direct reports.

Co-create and implement a multi-year people plan aligned to business strategy, with clear outcomes, milestones, measures, and governance to drive delivery against strategic objectives.
Partner with Culture, Leadership, Talent, Workforce Strategy, and Talent Acquisition teams to define cultural opportunities, translate workforce demand forecasts into proactive planning, and deploy targeted talent and learning interventions.
Advise on organisation effectiveness, including structure, role clarity, team health, and ways of working to enhance agility, collaboration, and performance; act as a change agent for transformation initiatives.
Orchestrate delivery across Centres of Excellence and People Solutions to ensure integrated, best-practice people initiatives, operational effectiveness, and consistent execution while monitoring progress and measuring impact.
