We're looking for a Content Assistant to join our growing team and help create content for some pretty cool brands around Melbourne.
No coffee runs. No filing paperwork all day. Just real shoots, real clients and real experience.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
Think of yourself as my right-hand creative.
You'll be:
- Assisting at content shoots
- Filming aesthetic B-roll and behind-the-scenes content
- Editing Instagram Reels & TikToks
- Setting up microphones, lighting and camera gear
- Brainstorming content ideas for shoots
- Keeping up with trends before everyone else
- Organising footage and helping keep projects on track
- Travelling to client shoots around Melbourne
Basically... if it involves content, you'll probably be helping me do it.
No Qualification? That's Okay.
The biggest thing we're looking for is someone who's keen to learn.
You'll receive one-on-one training in:
- Professional content creation
- Filming with iPhone & camera equipment
- Using gimbals, microphones and lighting
- Video editing (CapCut + our workflow)
- Content strategy
- Working with real clients
- Running professional content shoot

The Details
Based in Niddrie, VIC
You'll travel to content shoots around Melbourne. Depending on the location, we can meet at the office, carpool to the shoot, and return to the office afterward.
Minimum 4 hours per week (with opportunities for more as we grow).
$37.50 per hour
Contractor position (ABN required, we can help point you in the right direction if you don't have one yet).
You'll submit a weekly invoice, every monday and every hour you work gets paid.
Shoot runs overtime?
You're paid.
Extra editing?
You're paid.
Need to stay back packing equipment?
You're paid.
