Nextt is looking for FEMALE Support Workers to join our team in Coffs Harbour. You’ll support a range of clients with personal care, mental health needs, daily living and community participation, making every shift a little different.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is adaptable, caring and confident working across both home and community-based settings.
About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker with Nextt, you may support clients with:
- Personal care and everyday living activities
- Mental health support, reassurance and encouragement

Pay Rates
E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL)
SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):
- Base hourly rate: $36.81
- Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $40.49
- Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $41.23
- Saturday: $51.54
- Sunday: $66.26
- Public holiday: $80.99
Requirements
You will need:
- A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Working with Children Check - Employee
