You are comfortable spending time on the floor, engaging with frontline teams and influencing leaders to create meaningful and lasting safety improvements.
You bring a practical approach to safety, strong legislative knowledge and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business. Most importantly, you are passionate about creating workplaces where people go home safe every day.

- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management, incident investigation methodologies and audit processes.
- Experience managing critical risks associated with machinery, manual handling, mobile equipment, contractors and high-risk work activities.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, influence and develop leaders and frontline teams to achieve positive safety outcomes.
