As the Director Clinical Governance and Innovation (MHAODS) / Assistant Director of Nursing (Operations Director), you will provide strategic leadership in clinical governance, patient safety, quality improvement and innovation across MHAODS. Working closely with the Leadership Team, you will drive initiatives that strengthen service performance, enhance consumer outcomes, and support the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

In this role you will.....
Provide executive leadership for clinical governance, patient safety and quality, innovation, lived experience, education and training and research across MHAODS, ensuring alignment with CHHHS and Queensland Health priorities.
Drive strategic planning, service reform and model of care redesign to deliver safe, high quality, recovery oriented and culturally safe services.
Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and accreditation requirements, including NSQHS Standards, accreditation processes and the Mental Health Act 2016.
Establish and maintain effective stakeholder engagement and partnerships, representing MHAODS in internal and external forums and leading complex organisational change initiatives.
