About you
We are seeking a motivated and committed individual who can support the work of the Executive Director with:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative to anticipate issues and identify practical solutions.
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant (or similar) supporting Executive leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks at a senior administrative support level while managing competing work priorities and workflow with allocated resources.
- High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
