Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to their craft, has strong attention to detail, and understands that every cut is a reflection of both skill and artistry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality men’s grooming services including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience in line with La Barberia & Co.’s standards of excellence.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workstation and tools.
- Stay updated on modern trends, techniques, and products within the barbering industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat visits and customer loyalty.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and salon hygiene protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
- Certificate III in Barbering or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a barber or stylist in a professional barbershop.
- Excellent technical skills in cutting, fading, shaving, and styling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional presentation and commitment to outstanding service.
- A passion for Italian culture, classic style, and craftsmanship is a plus.
