About the Role
As the Venue Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the daily operation of our restaurant while creating an environment where both our team and our guests love to be.
You’ll be visible on the floor, coaching your team in the moment, recognising opportunities to exceed guest expectations, and ensuring every service reflects genuine hospitality.
You’ll also understand the numbers behind the business—managing labour, controlling costs, reducing waste and driving profitable performance without compromising the guest experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team.

· Deliver exceptional hospitality that turns first-time guests into loyal regulars.
· Build strong guest relationships and create memorable dining experiences.
· Recruit, train and develop future leaders.
· Manage labour, wages and rostering to maximise productivity.
· Control food and beverage costs, minimise waste and protect profitability.
· Drive sales through outstanding service, local engagement and guest loyalty.
· Maintain exceptional food safety, compliance and operational standards.
· Work closely with senior leadership to achieve business goals.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be an experienced hospitality leader with:
· Previous Restaurant Management experience.
· A genuine passion for people and hospitality.
· Outstanding leadership and coaching skills.
· The ability to motivate, inspire and develop teams.
· Strong financial acumen, including wage and cost control.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· High standards and attention to detail.
· The ability to remain calm and lead confidently during busy service periods.
· A hands-on leadership style—you lead from the floor, not the office.
