Finance Business Partner – GP & Marketing

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to partner with senior stakeholders across our GP referral and Marketing portfolios. You'll play a key role in driving performance insights, supporting strategic decision-making and helping shape initiatives that contribute to sustainable business growth and exceptional customer outcomes.

About The Role
As the Finance Business Partner, you will provide commercial finance support across the GP referral segment for QML and Dorevitch Pathology, as well as the national Marketing & Customer Experience portfolio. Acting as a trusted advisor to Commercial Customer Managers, Business Managers, Key Account Managers and Marketing leaders, you will deliver financial insights that support commercial performance and strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities:

Act as the primary finance contact for GP referral and Marketing stakeholders.

Provide financial support and advice to Commercial Customer Managers, Business Managers and Key Account Managers.

Partner with the national Marketing & Customer Experience team on financial planning and performance.

Monitor and report on GP referral and collection centre performance across key financial and operational measures.

Analyse collection centre portfolio movements and assess associated business impacts.

Prepare budgets and forecasts for GP referral volumes across QML and Dorevitch Pathology.

Manage budgeting and forecasting across GP, Key Account Management and Marketing portfolios.

Deliver financial reporting, analysis and profitability insights to support decision-making.

Support business cases, investment decisions and commercial opportunities.

Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support operational and strategic initiatives.
About You
Our ideal candidate is a commercially focused finance professional with experience in financial planning, analysis and business partnering. You enjoy working closely with stakeholders and using financial insights to support business performance. Experience within a healthcare or large multi-site environment will be highly regarded.
Qualifications and Experience

Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.

Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering roles.

Demonstrated experience in financial modelling, business case development, budgeting and forecasting.
