We are seeking an experienced and reliable Wall and Floor Tiler who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out waterproofing and tiling works to a high standard across a range of residential and commercial projects. This role involves working across multiple job sites located in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and surrounding regions of the ACT (including Queanbeyan NSW) .
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform waterproofing to Australian standards
- Carry out wall and floor tiling (ceramic, porcelain, marble, glass)
- Complete surface preparation and screeding
- Apply caulking and sealants
- Remove and refit basic shower screens
- Grout tiles, including epoxy grout (training provided)
Essential Criteria
- Certificate III with 2+ years’ experience; or Certificate IV with 1+ year; or 3+ years relevant experience
- Experience using tile cutting tools
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
Salary:
AU$76,000.00 – AU$90,000.00 per year (depending on experience) + superannuation and use of company vehicle for work.
