St Margaret Mary's College is more than a school - it's a welcoming community where people genuinely enjoy working together. We're looking for an experienced Finance Officer to join our highly collaborative Administration team and help support the financial operations of our College.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you'll be a trusted member of the Finance team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day financial management of the College. This is a varied and rewarding role where your work directly supports our students, staff and families.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Bookkeeping and financial administration
- Banking, cash management and reconciliations
- Student fee administration and collections
- Purchasing and procurement support
- Budget reporting and financial reporting assistance
- Audit preparation, compliance and statutory reporting
We're looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a positive team mindset.
You'll ideally have:
- At least 5 years' experience in finance administration, accounts or bookkeeping
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- The ability to manage confidential financial information with integrity
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills
- A collaborative approach and a willingness to support colleagues across the College
