The Opportunity
Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator with a passion for supporting maintenance operations? Thiess is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Administrator to join our high-performing team at Curragh North in Blackwater, Queensland.
As a key member of the Curragh North team, you'll be responsible for providing accurate, timely and efficient maintenance administration support while assisting maintenance personnel with critical information to help improve operational performance.
Roster: 7/7 Day Shift | Location: Curragh North, Blackwater QLD | Employment Type: Permanent
As the Maintenance Administrator, you will
- Provide efficient, accurate and timely on-site maintenance administration support.
- Assist maintenance personnel with the provision of maintenance-related information and reporting.
- Support the maintenance team to improve planning, performance and operational effectiveness through accurate record keeping and administration processes.
About you
- Previous administration experience within a mining, maintenance, heavy industry or similar environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, with exposure to JDE or a similar procurement/business system highly regarded.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with people from diverse backgrounds.\
