Due to continued growth and increasing guest demand, we are expanding our team and seeking multiple Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join Marrow & Co. and help deliver elevated dining experiences that exceed expectations.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
Working primarily at Marrow & Co., you'll be part of a professional and service-driven team, providing attentive table service in a refined restaurant environment. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in premium dining and guest engagement while working alongside experienced hospitality professionals. Shifts will generally be available Wednesday through Sunday, including evenings and weekends.
For team members seeking additional hours and broader hospitality experience, there will also be opportunities to cross-train and work across other restaurants, bars and venues within the Bankstown Sports precinct.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering attentive, professional and personalised table service.
- Creating memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality and attention to detail.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and confidently.
- Providing menu recommendations and answering guest questions regarding food and beverages.
- Serving food and beverages to a high standard of presentation.
- Maintaining restaurant presentation and ensuring tables are set to venue standards.
- Working closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service.
- Assisting in creating a warm, welcoming and polished dining atmosphere.
- Following food safety, RSA and workplace health and safety requirements.

About You
You are passionate about hospitality and understand that exceptional service is what transforms a meal into a memorable experience. You enjoy engaging with guests, take pride in your presentation, and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, food and beverage or hospitality role, ideally within a premium dining environment.
- A genuine passion for customer service and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High standards of personal presentation and professionalism.
- The ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods.
- Confidence in engaging with guests and making recommendations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Current RSA qualification (or willingness to obtain).
- A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude.
