About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised, hands-on Warehouse personal to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Queensland Branch. This is a diverse role that combines warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, customer service and operational support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our warehouse operates efficiently while delivering exceptional service to customers and supporting the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfilment: Accurately pick, pack and process customer orders, ensuring all orders are dispatched efficiently and on time.
- Customer Deliveries & Pick-ups: Complete urgent customer deliveries and collections while maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
- Technical Support Assistance: Provide technical support during large customer rollouts or when technicians are unavailable.
- Receiving & Stock Handling: Receive incoming stock, perform quality checks, and safely manage the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Warehouse Organisation: Maintain a clean, organised and efficient warehouse, ensuring optimal use of storage space and easy access to inventory.
- Courier Coordination: Liaise with courier companies to arrange the collection, delivery and tracking of shipments, ensuring reliable and timely logistics services.
- Stocktake Coordination: Plan and conduct annual stocktakes, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Workplace Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies and maintain a safe working environment.
About You:
- To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a Warehouse .
- Strong experience with inventory control and stock management.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse or inventory management systems.
- A current driver's licence (essential).
- A forklift licence (preferred but not essential).
