Seoul bakery (Experienced Pastry Cook WANTED)
We are seeking an experienced pastry cook with a strong background in pastry for our shop. The
successful applicant must be committed to the pastry team on a daily basis.
You must be a team player with a positive attitude and a sense of responsibility. Additionally, you
should be willing to work both in a team environment and independently.
Salary Range: $79,423(plus superannuation)

The Roles
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to
Create a variety of pastries, including cakes, pies, and bread and engage the interest of customers
Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful
and exciting
Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within
budget
Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers to work more efficiently
Identify staffing needs and help recruit and train personnel
Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
The position Requires
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success within a similar role or work
environment.
Have a right to work in Australia
Previous experience (at least 2 years) in a similar role with references
Must be fully available over a 7-day roster
Be able to work under pressure
Be a team player
Highly organized and efficient
