About us
Xplicit Kleans is a Southeast Queensland cleaning and property services business working across Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. We clean the outside of residential homes and commercial properties — from single-storey houses through to strata complexes, retail sites and commercial buildings. Our external services team is growing and we're looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join us.
The role
Casual position at start, 15 to 30 hours per week depending on workload. Work includes but not limited to:
- Soft washing houses, roofs and building exteriors using cleaning chemicals
- Gutter cleaning
- Solar panel cleaning
- Pressure washing driveways, paths, car parks and commercial hardstand
You'll be working across residential and commercial sites throughout Southeast Queensland, so your own reliable vehicle is essential.
What we're looking for
- Current Working at Heights ticket — this is a requirement, not a nice-to-have
- Own reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
- Reliable, punctual and turn up with the right attitude each day.
- Honest, Trustworthy and be able to work independently by yourself with minimal supervision.
- Customer focused and professionalism. Most of our work is at occupied homes and trading businesses — how you present and speak to people matters as much as the cleaning, no smoking unless it’s break times and out designated areas away from your work area, no phones while your on the job unless it’s an emergency or on your breaks.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights such as 1 or 2 storey roofs and outdoors in Queensland weather
- Experience with soft wash or pressure cleaning is highly regarded but we will also provide training.
