About the Role
We're after someone who lives and breathes the supplement industry — whether it's protein, pre-workouts, vitamins, or performance nutrition, you know your stuff and love sharing that knowledge with customers.
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for supplements, nutrition, and an active lifestyle
- Solid understanding of supplementation and how different products support different goals
- Driven, self-motivated, and reliable
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Availability for casual/flexible shifts (weekends and weekdays)
- Previous retail or supplement store experience highly regarded but not essential
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing knowledgeable product advice and recommendations
- Building genuine relationships with our regular customers
- Keeping the store looking sharp and well-stocked
- Staying on top of new products and industry trends
- Being a positive, energetic face of the Synergy Nutrition brand
