MBE Perth CBD, a leading WA Commercial Printing & Finishing agency, is seeking a
talented and experienced Senior Print Finisher to join our team on FULL TIME basis.

Key Responsibilities:
· Experience in supervising or guiding junior print finishers.
· Ability to allocate work according to skills and production priorities.
· Training and mentoring of new employees.
· Providing technical advice to operators.
· Monitoring workflow and identifying bottlenecks.
· Communicating effectively with production managers, printers, estimators, and dispatch staff.
· Maintaining a positive and cooperative team environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience in print finishing.
The Senior Printing Finisher must demonstrate advanced knowledge and practical competency in the following processes:
Cutting, folding, binding, laminating ,Die-Cutting, Creasing and Perforating, Drilling, Collating, Numbering.
The candidate should show high Machinery Knowledge as below:
· Set up machinery from job specifications.
· Make production adjustments during runs.
· Identify mechanical or operational faults.
· Carry out routine cleaning and preventative maintenance.
· Report more significant mechanical issues to maintenance personnel.
· Minimise downtime through effective troubleshooting.
Experience with automated, computer-controlled, or high-speed finishing equipment is highly desirable.
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
