Priceline Pharmacy Gordon are seeking a Pharmacist who possesses an exceptional work ethic, high professional standards and outstanding leadership qualities to work with our dynamic and progressive team.
We require a responsible, motivated individual who will be accountable to the proprietor for the efficient day to day operations of this medium sized retail pharmacy. You will work closely with the Retail Manager to ensure programs and campaigns are successfully implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of store, dispensary and team operations
- Professional patient counselling and provide complete patient care solutions
- Accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions
- Supervise Intern Pharmacists and dispensary Assistants
- Dispensary inventory management and order processing
- Support and grow new business strategies
Candidates must have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Dedicated work ethic and strong team player
- Flexibility to work weekends and night shifts.
- Candidate must have a car.
