- Have previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience — experience in a high-volume environment is highly regarded.
- Are confident, approachable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

- Enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to a supportive store environment.
- Are adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are reliable and committed to delivering a consistently high standard of service.
- Have flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, late-night trade and public holidays, particularly during peak trading periods.

- Casual employment, with shifts offered based on operational requirements and availability.
- Award-based casual hourly rate: Your hourly rate will be paid in accordance with the General Retail Industry Award, including the applicable casual loading. The applicable rate may vary depending on factors such as your age and Award classification, with rates ranging from the applicable junior casual rate through to the adult casual rate.
- Penalty rates and allowances, where applicable, in accordance with the Award.
