About the Role
We have an 18 month fixed term opportunity within our Distribution Systems team for a System Optimisation Specialist.
In this role, you will work closely with Supply Chain, Distribution Centre Operations and Technology teams to optimise system performance, improve operational outcomes and drive continuous improvement across our distribution network. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing stakeholders and identifying opportunities to improve the way we work.
What You'll Do

Identify and deliver opportunities to improve system and operational performance

Partner with Operations, Supply Chain and Technology teams to solve business challenges

Support system enhancements, testing and implementation activities

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the distribution network

Maintain governance, standards and documentation to support consistent ways of working

Assess impacts and ensure solutions support the broader end-to-end supply chain

We're looking for someone who:

Builds strong relationships and engages effectively with stakeholders across multiple teams

Is highly articulate and can communicate clearly with both operational and technical stakeholders

Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Brings experience in Supply Chain, Distribution Centre Operations, or Systems environments
