- Choose shifts that fit your lifestyle, including weekdays, weekends & sleepovers
- Competitive pay rates from $35 - $46 per hour plus penalties, allowances
- Bring your healthcare or mental health experience, we'll support the rest
At the end of your shift…
You might drive home thinking about how you read a situation before it escalated. Maybe you noticed the early signs and helped someone move through a hard moment without it turning into a crisis. Maybe you stuck with your plan when things got tense, and it worked. Maybe you helped someone feel safe enough to try again tomorrow.
Not every win looks calm from the outside. But when you know the person you're supporting, you notice the shifts that matter to them.
That's what makes Complex Behaviour Support different. You're not just managing incidents — you're helping someone build safety, trust and stability on their own terms.
You might not remember everything you did today. But you'll remember the moments you kept steady.
