The Opportunity
We are seeking an Administrator Officer to join our Industrials & Energy WA team at our Protective Coating facility in Henderson. Reporting to the Operations Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining day-to-day administrative support to Operations and the broader business.

What you'll be responsible for
Reception and visitor management
General administration duties
Invoicing and purchase order processing
Processing timesheets and data entry
Document preparation and records management
Ensure proactive communication with operational teams and stakeholders
Resolve issues and queries in a prompt and professional manner, engaging with internal departments
Support and assist the production team with MDR's and job filing
What you'll need to be successful
Excellent Organisation Skills, with the ability to Multi-Task and Prioritise Effectively
Strong communication and people skills
The ability to work under pressure
A keen and enthusiastic approach to your work
Relevant experience in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
