We are looking to immediately fill a permanent full-time position of Marketing Coordinator for our Italian venue in the heart of Broadbeach.
The duties and responsibilities you will be expected to perform in this position include but are not limited to:
· Being the creative force behind all of our marketing efforts to ensure our venue is seen, remembered and chosen as the preferred Italian venue on the Gold Coast
· Coordinate the implementation of Mario’s marketing and communications strategies, campaigns and annual action plans
· Being responsible for the growth and placement of our brand
· Understand how to best reach our target market, identify the best promotional avenues to reach our market, including the most strategic timing, planning and coordinating of various marketing campaigns
· Identify the most suitable media, promotional material and tone to ensure our venue is placed effectively in the market
· Suggest changes in relation to prices and presentation of our venue as needed to ensure our brand is on point and remains competitive when customer feedback is analyzed and compared to similar local venues
· Increase customer reach by identifying new market opportunities and creating marketing content that is different, catchy and measured to monitor influence and effectiveness
· Be the marketing guru we need to plan marketing campaigns as effectively as possible to increase traffic to the venue, to drive growth within our market niche, increase sales, and ultimately grow customer interest resulting in repeat business and sales
We are looking for these attributes:
· Possess at least two years of relevant work experience in a marketing role
· Possess a degree related to marketing ( highly regarded)
· Possess a strong understanding of various marketing channels such as print, web and radio not just social media
· Experienced in using market analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign effectiveness and to tailor future strategies
· Possess strong attention to detail
· Be highly organized and able to work independently to meet targets and manage priorities
· Possess a high level of creativity, integrity and drive
Pay: $78,000.00 – $83,000.00 per year
