About PARED Victoria
PARED Victoria established Harkaway Hills College in 2016 and most recently launched Lysterfield Lake College in 2022. Both independent schools, located in Narre Warren North, are committed to providing a rigorous and enriching educational experience grounded in the Catholic faith, inspiring students to pursue all that is good, true, and beautiful.

The Role
PARED Victoria is seeking expressions of interest from marketing professionals to help develop our brand and extend awareness of it. Experience in an educational setting would be preferred but is not essential.
Employment type: Casual or Freelance. Deliverables based (budget dependent).
Scope of the Role
- Develop and strengthen the College’s marketing strategy to increase awareness, engagement and enrolments among prospective families.
- Lead the development and delivery of internal and external branding and marketing initiatives, including:
- College promotional materials
- Brand and style guides for PARED Victoria, Harkaway Hills College and Lysterfield Lake College, including logos and visual identity
- PARED Victoria communications and presentation materials, including letterheads and PowerPoint templates
- New and refreshed websites for PARED Victoria, Harkaway Hills College and Lysterfield Lake College, working closely with photographers and videographers
- Social media brand development and content across Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram
- Conduct market research and use insights to develop targeted and effective advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the College Registrar to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies in generating enquiries and engaging prospective families.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the College’s brand presence, community engagement and reputation across relevant marketing channels.

We maintain a zero‑tolerance approach to child abuse and embed child safety in our leadership, governance, recruitment and everyday practices.
Applicants must demonstrate
· The capacity to model and consistently uphold a Child Safe Culture including the College’s Child Safety and Wellbeing Policy, and the Child Safe Code of Conduct both personally and professionally. Refer to the links below to access these policies.
· Suitability to work with children including positive attitudes toward child safety and child empowerment.
· A willingness to participate in ongoing child safety training.
· The ability to create culturally safe and inclusive environments for diverse students, cultural diverse students, students with disabilities and students from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds.
