In this role, you'll:
You will lead business process architecture, identifying and prioritising improvement opportunities to deliver enterprise-wide operational efficiencies across NSW Motorways.
You will drive the design, optimisation and governance of business processes in a complex transformation environment involving diverse stakeholders.
You will mentor a team of analysts to grow business process capability and foster independent thought to come up with innovative approaches to problem solving to meet project objectives.
You will build and be responsible to maintain an enterprise process library to support consistent business, customer and community outcomes.

About you:
You have demonstrated experience in business process architecture, process design and continuous improvement across complex operational environments.
You’re recognised as a collaborative leader, skilled at mentoring and coaching teams and stakeholders to navigate change and achieve outcomes.
You bring experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable organisational improvement and customer-focused outcomes.
