Reporting to the Group Digital Manager , we are seeking a Digital Enablement Partner to support the successful delivery and adoption of digital and AI initiatives across Sarah Constructions, Hindmarsh Plumbing, and Longridge Group.
The Role
As the Change & Enablement Business Analyst, you will:
- Lead the adoption of digital and AI initiatives across multiple operating businesses
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through digital solutions, automation, and AI
- Analyse and map current and future-state business processes
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into practical solutions
- Design and deliver change management, training, and enablement programs
- Develop learning resources tailored to both operational and corporate employees
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
- Support the development of communities of practice and networks of digital champions
- Promote the responsible and effective use of AI within Sarah Grou
Contribute to continuous improvement and data governance initiatives across the business

Requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in business analysis, change management, process improvement, or digital transformation
- Strong analytical and process-mapping capabilities
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to influence and build relationships without relying on formal authority
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience delivering training, coaching, or capability-building initiatives
- Confidence working across both site-based and office-based environments
- A proactive, self-directed, and solutions-focused approach
- Experience using AI tools or a willingness to quickly develop advanced AI capabilities
Previous experience within construction, engineering, trades, or project-based industries will be highly regarded
