We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Lawn Maintenance Labourer to join our team for 2–3 days per week.
The role involves completing regular mowing and lawn maintenance runs, with the goal of the successful applicant becoming confident and capable of independently managing their own run.

The role
You will be responsible for:
- Lawn mowing and edging
- Whipper snipping
- General lawn and garden maintenance
- Using and caring for lawn maintenance equipment
- Completing scheduled jobs efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintaining a professional and friendly relationship with customers
- Keeping equipment clean and maintained

Training & development
Full training and support will be provided by an experienced Sports Turf Manager.
Training will be tailored to the successful applicant and will continue until they are confident and competent to independently complete their own mowing run to the required standard.
You don’t need to be an expert from day one — we’re looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn and takes pride in their work.

- Previous mowing, gardening or landscaping experience is preferred but not essential
Current driver’s licence and the ability to drive a manual vehicle are essential.
