BARTENDER / BARISTA / STRONG SECTION SERVER
We're on the hunt for an experienced Bartender / Barista / Strong Section Server to join our growing team at STOA.

We're looking for a confident hospitality all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in quality and genuinely enjoys looking after people.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years hospitality experience
- Strong barista skills with experience in a fast-paced, high-volume coffee environment
- Confident producing consistently high-quality coffee with strong milk texturing and latte art skills
- Confident behind the bar with cocktail, beer and wine knowledge
- Strong section waiter with excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable moving between coffee, bar and floor service when required
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and organised during busy service
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Positive attitude and a genuine team-first mentality
- Current RSA (essential)
Availability:
✔ Friday and Saturday nights are required
✔ Additional weekday and weekend shifts available for the right person
✔ Flexibility across both day and evening service is highly regarded
