We’re looking for passionate, empathetic Support Workers with a positive, can-do attitude to join our vibrant Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) Lifestyles team on a permanent part-time basis. If you’re motivated by making a real difference and helping people live full, self-directed lives, this role is for you.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll support people with disability to build independence, actively drive their own goals and decisions, and actively participate in their community. Backed by an experienced, supportive team who truly understand the role, you’ll work 1:1 with clients in the community
Some examples of activities our clients love participating in are:
Creative expression through different mediums such as art, cooking and gardening
Music and performance, including live events and our Choir program
Health and wellbeing activities such as hydrotherapy, gym sessions and outdoor activities
Community events like Laughing Yoga and social outings
You’ll be joining one of two programs in the region, both led by passionate Service Managers and Coordinators who have hands-on experience supporting clients. While you’ll work independently with clients, you’ll never feel alone — you’ll be supported by a collaborative, values-driven team.
We also pride ourselves on providing exceptional training and development — it’s one of the things our staff value most.
