Bennett + Bennett Corporate Services is currently seeking an experienced Marketing Business Partner to join our innovative, dynamic, and growing team. Based in our Brisbane office, this role will be responsible for partnering with business leaders across Bennett + Bennett Holdings Group’s growth brands, including House Surveys, SurvaCAD, Kadastre and Lion Systems, to develop and deliver marketing strategies that support business growth, strengthen brand awareness and generate market opportunities.
This role is responsible for understanding each brand’s commercial objectives and translating them into targeted marketing initiatives across digital channels, content, campaigns and client engagement activities.
Working as part of the Group Marketing team, you will act as the key marketing partner for your assigned brands, while collaborating with creative and marketing specialists to deliver impactful outcomes.

Your Role and Impact:
Partner with business leaders and the Marketing Manager to deliver marketing strategies that support business growth.
Act as a trusted marketing advisor, translating business objectives and market opportunities into actionable initiatives.
Lead digital marketing activities across assigned brands, including websites, social media, email and digital campaigns.
Develop and deliver campaigns and content that build brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
Identify opportunities for thought leadership, case studies, customer stories and brand storytelling.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality creative and digital content.
Monitor marketing performance and use insights to optimise campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline.
5+ years’ experience in B2B, professional services, or property-related industries.
Demonstrated experience in a marketing role with responsibility for developing and delivering marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including websites, social media, email marketing and analytics.
Experience using data and insights to measure performance and improve marketing outcomes.
Strong written communication skills and experience developing marketing content.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
Experience working across multiple brands or business units, is highly regarded.
