Shape growth and competitive strategies for ASX-listed companies and public sector leaders across the Asia-Pacific, from day one.
Be part of market-leading projects with global scale and complexity
Belong to a workplace that values diversity, equity and inclusion
Join Monitor Deloitte as a Strategy Senior Consultant and take on some of the toughest strategic challenges facing Australia's most significant organisations, alongside a team that thrives on excellence.
What will your typical day look like?
You'll lead a workstream within a project, shaping deliverables and taking ownership of a stream of work end to end. That means defining client problems, co-designing solutions in a structured way, and presenting your thinking directly to senior stakeholders. You'll guide the research and analysis behind your recommendations, deciding which sources to draw on and how to validate the insights that shape strategic choices.
The work has real weight. You'll help clients design growth strategies, transform operating models, and build innovation and venture propositions that drive sustained commercial value. Your recommendations don't sit on a shelf - they become portfolios of initiatives that clients act on.
Alongside delivery, you'll coach junior practitioners to sharpen their own consulting capabilities, and contribute to how the practice grows through thought leadership, best-practice methodologies, and business development. Expect variety, autonomy, and the trust to run with it.
