Role :Change Manager
Location: Sydney CBD (Hybrid)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced **Change Manager / Change Analyst** to support a major Digital Transformation program. This role will play a key part in delivering organisational change across enterprise-wide technology initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.
You will work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to develop and execute change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, training, and adoption activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement change management strategies and plans for digital transformation projects.
* Conduct change impact assessments and organisational readiness assessments.
* Create and deliver stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
* Develop training strategies, learning materials, and adoption plans.
* Identify and manage change risks, resistance, and mitigation strategies.
* Support project teams in embedding sustainable business change.
* Prepare high-quality documentation, reports, presentations, and communication materials.
* Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
* Monitor change adoption and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of experience in Change Management or Change Analysis.
* Proven experience delivering change initiatives within large-scale digital transformation programs.
* Strong knowledge of organisational change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent).
* Experience conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.
* Experience developing communication, training, and adoption strategies.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
* Experience working in Government, Public Sector, or large enterprise environments is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
* Change Management Certification or equivalent.
* Experience supporting ERP, CMS, Document Management, or enterprise application implementations.
* Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
