Gold Tutoring — Tutor Recruitment
Gold Tutoring is expanding, and we're currently building our tutor team. We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable tutors who are confident teaching WA ATAR subjects and passionate about helping students improve and succeed.
We are currently recruiting tutors who can confidently teach one or more of the following WA ATAR subjects:
- Mathematics Methods
- Mathematics Specialist
- Physics
Other subjects are also highly valued, but you must be able to teach at least one of the subjects listed above.
This is a flexible casual tutoring position involving both online tutoring and in-person lessons at students' homes, local libraries, or other suitable public spaces.
Location
We're looking for tutors across all areas of Perth and encourage you to apply regardless of where you live.
We're particularly interested in tutors located in Perth's southern suburbs like Canning Vale, Harrisdale etc and north-easters suburbs like Joondalup, Ellenbrook, Darch etc where demand is currently highest.
However, your location does not need to be one of these areas to apply. Tutors from anywhere across Perth are welcome to apply. Tutors should simply be comfortable with a reasonable commute to students for in-person lessons at their homes, local libraries, or other suitable public spaces.

What we're looking in our GOLD TUTORS:
- Achieved an ATAR of 95+
- Has strong knowledge of the WA ATAR curriculum
- Has tutoring or mentoring experience (preferred but not essential)
- Holds a driver's licence and has reliable transport
- Holds, or is willing to obtain, a Working With Children Check
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is reliable, organised and professional
- Is passionate about helping students succeed
