Role Description/Criteria
The Business & Operations Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across finance, administration, compliance, facilities, asset management, ICT infrastructure, procurement, risk management and organisational systems for Holy Spirit Community School and Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the role is responsible for ensuring both schools operate efficiently, sustainably and effectively through strong operational stewardship, sound financial management, high-quality business systems and long-term infrastructure planning.
The role enables the Principal and Deputy Principals to focus on strategic, educational and community leadership through dedicated executive oversight of business operations and organisational services across both school communities.
