We are a fast-growing sports apparel company looking for a motivated and creative Entry Level Design Assistant / Customer Artwork Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis.
About the Role
· Casual position (1–2 days per week)

Key Responsibilities
· Design and update promotional catalogues, brochures and marketing materials.
· Prepare print-ready artwork for production.
· Complete customer artwork amendments and revisions.
· Manage multiple design requests while meeting deadlines.
· Assist with general artwork coordination and file management.
· Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure artwork is accurate and production-ready.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
· Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator.
· Have a genuine interest in graphic design and branding.
· Possess excellent attention to detail.
· Be organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Have strong communication skills.
· Be eager to learn and work as part of a collaborative team.
