Oscar’s Liquor Seven Hills is seeking one(1) passionate & professional customer focussed individual to join our team as a Retail/Bottle Shop Assistant.

A day in your life as an Oscar’s Liquor Team Member
- You’ll actively engage with customers by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that your customers will remember
- You’ll be an advocate by letting your customers know about our benefits and product offerings
- You’ll make sure we have stock on our shelves so our customers have the best choices available
- You’ll maintain a safe and clean environment for your customers and teammates
- You’ll be responsible for upholding service of alcohol guidelines

Candidates will be required to complete a functional screening assessment as part of the recruitment process.
To be successful in either role you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience in the Retail Liquor Industry is beneficial;
- A genuine focus and appreciation for quality service and customer experience;
- A sincere and deliberate focus on building rapport with guests;
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills;
- An enthusiastic, positive and outgoing attitude;
- High level of listening skills coupled with the ability to take direction well;
- Impeccable personal presentation;
- Flexible availability to suit services across 7 days of operations in conjunction with our Bottle Shop’s Operating Hours;
- Ability to complete tasks that require heavy lifting and repetitive in nature, working unsupervised and within WHS guidelines;
- High standard of cash handling skills;
- Sharp attention to detail;
- A current RSA certificate;
- Fluent English is essential.
An immediate start is available for the right candidate with casual positions available upto 20-25 hrs hours per week.
