You'll be the key point of contact for landlords and tenants, managing a portfolio of commercial properties across the Cairns region to the highest professional standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio
- Lease administration, renewals, and documentation
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Conducting routine inspections and coordinating maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
You Will Need
- A current Queensland Real Estate Licence (essential)
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
- The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Permanent resident of Australia (working holiday visas not eligible)
