We are looking for a part-time Maintenance Officer (Monday to Thursday, 60h/ fortnight) to work across our Residential Aged Care and Retirement Living Units in Maroubra.

The Role
-
Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs across our aged care and retirement living community, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance.

Maintain attractive and safe outdoor areas through lawn mowing, hedging, gardening, and general grounds maintenance.

Complete scheduled preventative maintenance to keep our buildings, equipment, and assets in excellent condition.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve repairs efficiently.

Help ensure our facilities meet safety and regulatory standards while contributing to a positive Work Health and Safety (WHS) culture.

Current driver's license

Trade qualification

Computer skills

Ability to work under minimum supervision

Experience as a Maintenance Person in Retirement Living (preferred)

Previous experience in either building, fitter and turner, welder or plumber (desirable)
