We’re looking for Team Leader to guide and support our production team in delivering safe, high‑quality food products every day. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys coaching others, and takes pride in running a smooth, efficient operation.

Duties:
As a hands on leader on the production floor, you will:
- Lead and motivate a team of to deliver products within specifications
- Ensure all food safety, quality, and compliance standards are met, including applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Oversee training for new team members and supporting ongoing skill development
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement
- Support a positive, safe, and collaborative team culture
- Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse and Engineering teams to optimise outcomes
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Team Leader in food or beverage manufacturing
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to coach, support and mentor staff
- Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards advantageous but not essential
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
