About the Role
As the Clinical Safety & Quality Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across governance, risk, and quality frameworks. You will work closely with clinical teams and senior leadership to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and ongoing improvement.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of clinical governance frameworks
- Drive quality improvement initiatives across the organisation
- Oversee incident management, audits, and compliance activities
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
- Support clinical teams with education, training, and best-practice guidance
- Analyse data and reporting to identify trends and drive improvement outcomes
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, quality, or risk management
- Strong understanding of healthcare standards, compliance, and accreditation
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capability
- Passionate about improving patient safety and clinical outcomes
Relevant clinical qualification (e.g., Nursing or Allied Health) and registration
