About the role
The Facility Administration Officer provides frontline reception, facility and administrative support services at Nundah Community Health Centre, Caboolture and King Street Community Health Centres within Community and Oral Health. The role is responsible for delivering responsive customer service to patients, visitors, staff and stakeholders while ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of facility administration functions.
The successful candidate will perform a broad range of administrative duties including reception and switchboard services, patient registration, facilities coordination, resource management and document control activities. Working with a high degree of professionalism, discretion and independence, the role contributes to the delivery of efficient, client-focused services and supports the smooth operation of community health facilities across Metro North Health.

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Provide high-quality reception, switchboard and administrative support services to patients, visitors, staff and key stakeholders.
Accurately maintain patient and client information using Queensland Health systems and other administrative applications.
Coordinate facility administration functions including room bookings, resource management, mail handling, document control and access management processes.
Support facility operations through maintenance coordination, contractor liaison, resource scheduling and administrative support activities.
Build positive working relationships, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
