JOB TITLE: Junior Automotive Parts Picker and Packer – Entry Level All Genders
LOCATION: Curram Downs
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:06 pm
We are looking for a keen, reliable and hardworking person to join our automotive spare-parts business. This is an entry-level position suitable for someone interested in cars who wants to learn about new and second-hand automotive parts.
DUTIES:
- Pick and pack automotive spare parts for customer orders
- Check, label and prepare new and second-hand parts for dispatch
- Clean and organise second-hand parts when required
- Receive incoming stock and place it in the correct location
- Enter and locate parts using our computer system
- Assist with stock control and general warehouse duties
- Keep the packing and storage areas clean and organised
REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Basic spoken and written English
- Basic computer skills
- Good attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Able to safely lift and move automotive parts
- An interest in cars or automotive parts would be an advantage
- Must have reliable transport and be able to commute to Carrum Downs for a 9:00 am start
Previous automotive or warehouse experience is helpful but not essential, as training will be provided.
PAY: $28.00per hour, plus superannuation
