We're looking for an organised, reliable and proactive Kitchen Supervisor to take ownership of our kitchen operations and help us continue improving as we grow.

About the Role
As Kitchen Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently each day, from morning preparation through to lunch service and catering production.
You'll work closely with the Owner to ensure the kitchen consistently delivers fresh, high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
- Oversee daily food production and kitchen workflow
- Prepare fresh menu items and catering orders
- Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation standards are maintained
- Maintain appropriate stock levels and kitchen readiness throughout the day
- Train and support junior kitchen team members
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflow and efficiency
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team during busy service periods
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience working in a commercial kitchen (2+ years)
- Has experience supervising or leading a small team (preferred but not essential)
- Is organised and takes pride in maintaining high standards
- Can remain calm and efficient during busy periods
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Has strong communication skills
- Shows initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Enjoys improving systems and finding better ways of working
- Is reliable, punctual and accountable

Pay: $56,000.00 – $66,000.00 per year
