Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing personal care and daily living support
- Hoisting and manual handling
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Supporting community access and social activities
- Providing safe, respectful, and person-centred care
- Following the participant’s individual support plan
- Supporting the participant to maintain independence and quality of life

Requirements:
✅ Female applicants preferred to match participant needs
✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ Working With Children Check (WWCC)
✅ Right to work in Australia
✅ Current First Aid & CPR certificates
✅ Qualification in Disability, Aged Care or Community Services
✅ Experience with manual handling & medication support — highly valued
✅ Valid Driver’s License & reliable transport
✅ A caring nature, great communication, and the ability to build trust and rapport easily
