About the Role
ELEAH is seeking a professional and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane.
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for researching market opportunities and developing, coordinating and implementing marketing activities to promote ELEAH's services and strengthen our brand presence.
Working closely with management and operational teams, the Marketing Coordinator will undertake market research, coordinate marketing and advertising campaigns, develop digital and promotional content, analyse campaign performance and support engagement with NDIS participants, families, referral partners and the wider community.
Your duties will include:
- Researching market conditions, participant needs, industry developments and competitor activities to identify market opportunities for ELEAH's existing and potential services.
- Collecting and analysing market information and data to identify trends, target markets, service demand and opportunities for business growth.
- Developing, coordinating and implementing marketing plans, objectives, strategies and programs to promote ELEAH and its services.
- Planning and coordinating advertising and promotional campaigns to increase awareness of ELEAH's services among NDIS participants, families, carers, referral partners and other relevant stakeholders.
- Advising management on marketing strategies, target markets, promotional activities, brand positioning and opportunities to strengthen ELEAH's market presence.
- Developing and implementing initiatives to maintain and strengthen ELEAH's brand identity and visibility across digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Creating, coordinating, scheduling and publishing engaging marketing content across ELEAH's website, social media platforms and other digital channels.
- Preparing and coordinating marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, service guides, presentations, newsletters, digital advertisements, infographics and other promotional materials.
- Coordinating the production of marketing and advertising materials, including copywriting, graphic design, photography, video and digital content.
- Liaising with external marketing agencies, designers, website developers, printers and other service providers to coordinate marketing projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Undertaking research to identify opportunities to promote existing services and support the introduction and promotion of new services.
- Coordinating digital marketing activities, including website content, social media campaigns, email marketing and online advertising.
- Monitoring and analysing website, social media and digital marketing performance, including traffic, reach, engagement, enquiries, conversions and campaign results.
- Preparing marketing performance reports and providing recommendations to management based on market research, campaign results and digital analytics.
- Reviewing digital marketing performance and recommending improvements to website content, online visibility, search engine performance and digital campaigns.
- Coordinating community engagement, networking events, disability expos and other promotional activities to strengthen ELEAH's relationships with participants, families, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, allied health professionals and other referral networks.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of relationships with community organisations, industry stakeholders and referral partners.
- Assisting with the preparation, coordination and monitoring of marketing budgets and expenditure.
- Ensuring ELEAH's branding, messaging and visual identity are consistently applied across marketing and communication materials.
- Collaborating with management and operational teams to ensure marketing activities accurately represent ELEAH's services, organisational objectives and values.The successful applicant will need:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline (preferred).
Experience within the NDIS, disability services, healthcare, community services or related sectors will be highly regarded.
Knowledge of the NDIS environment and experience promoting services to participants, families, carers and professional referral networks will be an advantage.

- At least 12 months' relevant experience in marketing, communications or a similar role.
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing principles, market research and campaign development.
- Experience coordinating digital and traditional marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Experience managing social media platforms and developing digital content.
- Sound knowledge of digital marketing, website content management and marketing analytics.
- Ability to collect, interpret and report on marketing and campaign performance data.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational, planning and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple marketing projects and priorities simultaneously.

Pay: $79,423.00 – $85,000.00 per year
