In this role, you'll:
Lead the administration, support, and continuous improvement of business applications, including Salesforce, ensuring system reliability, data integrity, security, and compliance.
Partner with stakeholders to design and deliver system enhancements, workflow automation, technical solutions, and process improvements that meet business needs.
Manage user access, security permissions, reporting, and governance activities across business systems, including Salesforce administration and support.
Deliver meaningful insights through data analysis, dashboards, and reporting to support operational performance and informed decision-making.
Develop user capability through training, documentation, testing, and ongoing support while contributing to system upgrades, releases, and change initiatives.
The team also comes together in person for activities such as branch all-in days, training sessions, planning workshops and collaborative work.

About you
Demonstrated experience administering and supporting enterprise applications, including Salesforce, with expertise in configuration, user access management, workflow automation, reporting, and system support.
Strong technical capability in system administration, data management, database maintenance, integration, testing, and information security practices.
Proven experience delivering system projects, enhancements, and business improvement initiatives using structured project management methodologies.
Experience developing system documentation, training materials, user guides, and providing specialist technical support to a diverse stakeholder group.
Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, or case management environments, supported by strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
