We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented person to join our warm, supportive team for the festive season and ensure every gift we send is absolutely perfect.
This role is initially for the busy Christmas period, with strong potential for the right person to continue with us into the new year.
About the Role: You’re Our Guardian of Gifting
You will be at the heart of our operations, acting as the final, crucial checkpoint for quality. Working closely with our friendly team, you’ll ensure every order meets our commitment to meticulous care and exceptional quality, turning customer visions into cherished keepsakes.
Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:
- Quality Champion: Applying meticulous care to double-check every personalised item, ensuring spelling, designs, and details are perfect before packaging.
- Careful Dispatch: Lovingly and securely packaging orders so they arrive safely, ready to create a special moment.
- Helpful Customer Connection: Communicating with customers in a clear, friendly, and helpful way across all channels to provide solutions and ensure a seamless experience.
- Supportive Teamwork: Working effectively within our collaborative team to manage daily goals and support each other.
- Keeping Us Stocked: Assisting with checking in new stock and making sure we never run low on packaging materials.
- Maintaining Our Space: Upholding a clean, safe, and happy work environment that reflects our core values.
