Are you a confident relationship builder who enjoys working with smart, curious and highly engaged stakeholders?
This is a great opportunity to join our Academic Partnerships team, supporting universities and academics across Australia with trusted legal content, textbooks, digital resources and AI-enabled solutions.
You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of academic relationships, with a strong focus on retention, engagement and long-term partnership building. This is not a hard-sell role — it’s about becoming a trusted contact for law schools, lecturers, academics and university stakeholders, understanding what they need, and helping connect them with the right resources for their courses and students.

Understanding course needs and helping align resources to curriculum requirements
Working closely with internal teams to share customer insights and support long-term growth
Maintaining accurate customer records and activity updates
You don’t need to come from a traditional sales background. We’re looking for someone who is confident, curious and comfortable building relationships with senior academic stakeholders.
You may be a law graduate, recent graduate, or someone with experience in customer service, sales, account management, retail, education, publishing, professional services or a related field.
A degree completed in Australia in Law or another professional discipline (e.g. Business, Finance or a related field).
Confidence engaging with academics, lecturers and university stakeholders
Strong communication, relationship-building and influencing skills
A proactive, organised and professional approach
Comfort working toward targets in a relationship-led environment
A valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a car
Willingness to travel interstate as required
You’ll be joining a global organisation with a strong reputation in legal, regulatory and business information. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with Australia’s academic legal community, build meaningful partnerships, and support the way future lawyers learn and engage with legal content.
We offer hybrid working, wellbeing initiatives, paid parental leave, volunteer leave, birthday leave, learning and development resources, retail discounts, and benefits designed to support you and your family.
If you’re looking for a relationship-led role where you can combine your interest in law, education and customer engagement, we’d love to hear from you.
